This Being Human is a Guest House

No feeling is final. 

No feeling is bad. 

No feeling is wrong. 

It just is. 

We can try to ignore it, push it away, or busy ourselves with work to avoid feeling. 

However, the feeling will persist. 

Until it gets the attention it needs from us. 

We can fight or welcome our feelings. 

Our feelings have important messages for us. 

Affirmations:

It is safe to look within. 

It is safe for me to feel my feelings. 

I accept myself and my feelings. 

I can choose to feel. 

I choose to stay present. 

Everyday it is getting easier. 

I am willing to learn and grow. 

I honor my feelings.

I honor my inner experiences. 

Ask yourself: What is my heart trying to tell me right now. 

Then stop and listen. 

Do you want more love in your life? 

Make friends with your heart and feelings first. 

Love is within you and all around you. 

You are love.
