Have you ever made a New Year’s Resolution? And how did it go?
Many people struggle with keeping a New Year’s resolution, or any resolutions made at any other time. It’s just part of being human that we struggle to establish or maintain a new goal or habit. We often start out with a lot of enthusiasm but tends to fizzle out pretty quickly.
What stops us from sticking to our intended goal?
And how do we keep taking the daily actions that are in alignment with our goals despite how we feel in the moment?
