Gratitude as a Way of Life

Happy Thanksgiving!

Dear friend,

The US Thanksgiving is tomorrow, and in Canada we celebrated the same holiday in October.

For many this is a time of celebration, connection, and social togetherness. For others who struggle, it maybe a time of feeling more isolated or lonely.

However, if we shift our perspective slightly, at the core of the message of thanksgiving is gratitude as a way of life and being. We don’t necessarily need a specific day to express our gratitude and or to practice appreciation.

It’s something we can engage in on a daily and continuous basis.

It’s one of the most powerful ways to change our mental state, and mood is by focusing on what we are grateful for. Ask yourself: What am I grateful for in this moment? And see what comes up for you.

There are many ways to practice gratitude that will contribute to improving your mental health.

In this video, I share with you some of the ways you can incorporate the practice of gratitude in to your daily life.

Wishing you a many blessings and peace
